Katelyn had a solid sophomore season that ended one game early when she suffered a knee injury. She is working hard to return to full capacity and to lead the PLU women's basketball program to success in the Northwest Conference.

Describe your family and how they have influenced your athletic career.
My mom has always supported me in everything I do.

What is your major?
Exercise Science

What has been your greatest athletic achievement?
Being able to play college basketball.

Describe any hardships or extenuating circumstances that you have faced to get to where you are today.
I’ve had a couple of knee injuries, but they have only made me stronger.

Michael Jordan

Favorite movie quote ever, and why?
“It’s fo’ free” –Bridesmaids. This quote can be used in many situations.

Describe your hometown and what you miss about it the most.
Yelm is small, I don’t miss much about it.

What's your favorite spot on campus?
Probably Names Fitness Center.

Do you have any pre-game rituals or superstitions? If so, what are they?
Not really, I just have to listen to music and I will be good.

What home-cooked meal do you crave the most?
Honestly anything home cooked.

What is your favorite app or game on your phone right now?
Hill Climb Racing!

Who is the one person that you love to see in the crowd?
My mom.
