Oglesby Earns Academic All-District Honor

Nick Oglesby, a starting offensive lineman for the Pacific Lutheran football team, has earned Capital One Academic All-District VIII honors.

A senior from Snohomish, Oglesby maintains a 3.80 grade point average with a double major in history and political science.

District VIII encompasses Division III schools from the West Coast all the way back to the Mississippi River. Student-athletes are nominated and voted on by their school's sports information directors.

Oglesby and his PLU teammates conclude their season on Saturday afternoon when they face the Willamette University Bearcats in Salem, Ore.
