McMINNVILLE, Ore. - Linfield and Pacific Lutheran split a Northwest Conference dual meet Saturday at the Linfield Aquatics Center. The PLU men fell to their Linfield counterparts, 111-84, while the Lutes edged the Wildcat women by a 106-99 count.

PLU won both 200 medley relay events to begin the meet, but Linfield took both sides of the 200 freestyle relay at the meet's conclusion. The PLU women's team of Casey Jackson, Gina Wittman, Kasey Dorcas and Elisabeth Simpson took the 200 medley relay in a time of 1:59.66, and the men's medley relay team consisting of Alex Limoges, Rayan Carter, Matthew Kim and Jacob Nord clocked a 1:42.72 to beat Linfield by nearly six seconds.

PLU's Jessie Klauder won three individual events, taking the 400 individual medley (4:55.83), the 100 freestyle (55.91) and the 100 breaststroke (1:11.83). Combined with the results from Friday night's meet at Pacific, the three wins gave the junior from Klamath Falls, Ore., five event victories during the weekend.
