TACOMA, Wash. – The Pacific Lutheran University men's and women's soccer programs host its annual spring auction on Sunday, April 29 at CK Hall in the Anderson University Center.
The Sunday evening event is scheduled to have doors open at 4:30 p.m., and dinner beginning at 6 p.m. Tickets are $50 and includes an evening of dinner, drinks, door prizes, a silent auction, dessert dash, and more! Fans can register to attend and donate auction items at www.plu.edu/2018soccerauction.
The two-time defending Northwest Conference Champion women's program traveled to Pennsylvania in 2017, and the NWC Champion men's side traveled to Atlanta. The trips saw both programs face off against nationally-ranked teams. Prior to the fall 2018 season, both teams will embark internationally to England, where they will face top tier opponents overseas, and provide an overall once in a lifetime educational opportunity for the student-athletes.
Proceeds from the auction will help support both the women's and men's soccer budgets. Donations will support future traveling experiences to remain competitive against top-level regional opponents, continue to improve the student-athlete experience, and raise funds for the continued growth of the soccer programs.
