Chris Nussbaum helped the Lutes defend their turf at the PLU Invitational, finishing third overall and helping PLU place second in the team standings. Nussbaum traversed the familiar trails of PLU Meadows in 25 minutes, 52.97 seconds over the 8,000-meter layout. He was the top finishing Lute and was second overall amongst collegiate runners.
