A dominating performance in the pool has earned Pacific Lutheran University's Bailey Hamilton recognition from the Northwest Conference, winning the NWC's Women's Swimmer of the Week Award on Nov. 4.
 
Hamilton captures the honor after winning six events and scoring 60 points over the weekend, helping the Lutes blowout Willamette University and Lewis & Clark College to open up the NWC dual meet slate. 
 
The Modesto, California native was a member of the Lutes' winning 400-yard medley relay (4:12.79) and 400-yard freestyle relay teams (3:54.05) while also winning the 200-yard individual medley (2:21.11) on Friday. Hamilton's 31 points almost single-handedly won the Lutes the meet, steamrolling the Bearcats 159-42.
 
The sophomore was equally as dominant the following day, contributing to a win in the 200-yard medley relay (1:53.47) while also winning the 200-yard freestyle (2:01.69) and the 100-yard butterfly (1:01.92) in a 160-45 rout of Lewis & Clark.
