Pacific Lutheran continues its strongest season start in program history, improving its record to 7-0-1 overall and 2-0 in conference play. Pacific falls to 5-3 overall and 0-2 in the NWC. Ian Farley had given Pacific the lead in the 57th minute when he knocked the ball in off a scramble in the box.

Eleven minutes later, Tyler Bennett scored the eventual game-winner on a breakaway shot to put PLU up 2-1. The Lutes finished the match with a 9-7 shot advantage and an 8-4 advantage in corner kicks.
