As swimming heads into the final duel weekend of the season, take a moment and get to know junior swimmer Hunter Cosgrove in this week's Lute Student-Athlete Spotlight.
Cosgrove, a junior from Bothel, WA, is a distance freestyle swimmer. Heading into the final weekend of duels, he currently holds the 4th fastest time in the Northwest Conference for the 100 Free, 1000 Free and 1650 Freestyle events.
"We are a family who is competitive," said Cosgrove. "I don't really think we are so much of a "team" because swimming is very individual except for relays, but I think that we have a really good thing going on. Everyone cheering each other on and keeping each other accountable during training."
