Visit the Luteville Marketplace
TACOMA, Wash. — The Pacific Lutheran University Athletic Department's groundbreaking partnership with Opendorse, the industry leader in Name, Image, and Likeness, took another step today with the launch of the Luteville Marketplace.
The Luteville Marketplace is the first dedicated NIL marketplace in Division III on the Opendorse platform that directly connects student-athletes with fans, supporters, and business partners in an easy to use website.
"Lutes are leaders, and we're proud to be at the forefront of Name, Imagine, Likeness. Not only at the Division III level, but across the landscape of collegiate athletics. Becoming the first D3 program to create a dedicated NIL marketplace with Opendorse is just another example of the many ways that the student-athlete experience is at the forefront of everything we do at PLU," said Athletic Director
Mike Snyder.
PLU is one of just a handful of D3 institutions at the forefront of NIL. The Lutes are one of just three D3 schools to use industry leader Opendorse and the only one to have a marketplace. Pacific Lutheran is also one of just a handful of schools around the nation to invest resources in empowering student-athletes to effectively maximize their NIL potential.
"As soon as our student-athletes walk on campus, they're able to capitalize on their Name, Image, and Likeness and have access to resources that a lot of other Division III student-athletes don't have access to. The Luteville Marketplace is just the next step in empowering our student-athletes and finding meaningful ways to connect current Lutes with alumni, fans, and members of our community."
Fans, alumni, community members, and business owners are encouraged to visit the marketplace and connect with Lutes at the following link:
