HILLSBORO, Ore. — The Northwest Conference office officially announced All-Conference selections for the sport of women's track & field on Thursday with 13 Pacific Lutheran University student-athletes earning recognition.

Madison Downey secures First Team All-NWC in the triple jump after winning the conference title in the event for the second time in three seasons. The junior had a winning leap of 37 feet, six and ½ inch on Sunday at the 2026 NWC Championships in Spokane at Whitworth University's Pine Bowl. It's the third straight season Downey was named First Team All-League, winning the conference title in 2024 and placing runner-up last spring.Â
Ki Neir lands First Team All-Conference after winning the NWC title in the pole vault. Neir dominated the competition, clearing a career best 12' 0 ¾". It's the second time the sophomore has secured All-NWC in the event after placing third as a first-year in 2025.
Kyleigh Archer secures First Team All-NWC in the triple jump for the third consecutive season. Archer was third in the event on Sunday, jumping 36' 11 ½". The junior was the conference champion in the triple jump in 2025 and was runner-up in 2024.
Abi Caprye earns All-Conference accolades in two events, securing First Team honors in the high jump and Second Team status in the 100-meter hurdles. The junior cleared 5' 2 ¼" in the high jump, finishing third overall while placing fifth in the 100 hurdles in a personal best time of 15.33 seconds. Caprye was Second Team All-League in both events during the 2025 season.

Kiana Gutierrez,
Soukhanya Waters, and
Lexie McGurk land Second Team All-Conference as members of the 4x100-meter relay squad. The quartet blazed to a third place podium finish at the NWC Championships, clocking a season best time of 48.18.Â
Addisen Hering lands Second Team All-League in both hurdle events for the second straight season. The sophomore finished sixth in the 400-meter hurdles in a personal best time of 1:06.14 while placing seventh in the 100-meter hurdles in 15.61.Â
Tajanai Huff is recognized as Second Team All-NWC in the shot put. The sophomore placed eighth in the event with a career-best throw of 39' 1 ¼".

Jessalyn Robles represented the distance crew, grabbing Second Team All-NWC in the 800-meters. The sophomore clocked a career-best time of 2:21.70 in the preliminaries before making two trips around the track in 2:26.64 in Sunday's finals, placing eighth overall.Â
Sandra Valmonte and Samaiya White both earn Second Team All-Conference in the hammer throw. White earns All-NWC for the first time in her career after placing fourth overall after unleashing a career best toss of 152' 0". Valmonte earns recognition for the third straight season, placing seventh last weekend with a toss of 148' 9".
