2018: Appeared in 21 games for the Lutes while starting in 19 of those games. Recorded one goal and two assists on the season. Selected to the Second Team All-Northwest Conference.

2017: Appeared in 19 matches for the Lutes while starting in 17 of those matches. Scored one goal on the season, a game winner in overtime against George Fox, along with picking up two assists throughout the season. Was involved with seven shutouts with the defense throughout the season.

2016: Appeared in 16 matches for the Lutes and started three of them. Recorded one goal and two assists against cross-town rival Puget Sound.

2015: Attended Saint Mary's College in Minnesota. Earned Honorable Mention All-MIAC honors, playing in 18 games and making 10 starts. Finished with four goals and three assists, including the game-winner against Bethany Lutheran. 

High School: Was a two-year letterwinner, serving one season as team captain. Was a Second Team All-State selection as a senior, helping the Panthers advance to the WIAA Final Four. 

Personal: Born on Dec. 27, 1996 to Allison Trussel. Is a brother to Jon. Chose PLU for the opportunity to get a great education. Involved with Project Africa. Hobbies include hiking.
