Biography
2018: Competed in eight meets for the Lutes. Won the NWC Championship in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a season-best time of 9:19.09. Clocked season-best times of 4:08.29 in the 1,500-meters and 15:29.02 in the 5,000-meters.Â
2017: Competed in eight meets for the Lutes. Ran a career-best in the 800-meters, running a 1:58.13. Also had a career-best in the 5000-meters, posting a 15:16.60. In the 1500-meters, he ran a 4:05.98. Earned The United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region Honors.
2016: Competed in seven meets for the Lutes. Clocked season best times of 4:03.65 in the 1,500 meters, 15:48.98 in the 5,000 meters, 1:01.68 in the 400 meter hurdles, and 9:48.84 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase.
High School: One year as cross country team captain and one as MVP at Olympia HS...placed 15th at 4A State meet his senior year, team placed 4th at districts...BorderClash Participant...also one year as track team captain...2015 Shaner Invite Champion in 1600m...9th fastest all-time in 1600 at Olympia HS...2015 4A Narrows League Champion.
