Biography
2020: Was a member of the PLU Men’s Track and Field Team.
2019: Competed in 7 meets for the Lutes. At the NWC Championships finished second in the 3000- meter (9:25.78), 6th in the 5000-meters (15:44.53), and 9th in the 1500 meters (4:13.04).
2017-2018: Was the NWC Freshman of the Year in cross country but sat out the track season with an injury.
High School: Earned three letters in cross country, serving as team captain for one season. Finished 18th at the 3A state meet as a senior, helping Ballard finish fifth as a team. Also competed at the state meet as a junior, helping the team finish sixth.
Personal: Born on May 21, 1987 to parents Patricia and Joel. Parents are both PLU alums. Volunteers with Lutheran Youth of North Seattle. Hobbies include singing, reading, playing games, watching TV, and playing video games.
