Biography
2021: Was the NCAA Division III National Champion in both the 100-meters and 200-meters, helping the Lutes' finish ninth as a team at the National Championships. Named the West Region Track Athlete of the Year, Forsyth won both the 100-meters and 200-meters at the NWC Championships and was runner-up in the 4x100-meter relay. Also named NWC Track Athlete of the Year while breaking school records in both the 100 and 200 that stood since 1999.Â
2020:Â Ran three events for the Lutes in the Ed Boitano Invitational. Won the 100m dash with a time of 12.33, recorded a second-place finish in the 200m with a time of 25.82, and also ran in the 4x400 meter relay.
2019: Competed in six meets for the Lutes. Finished runner-up in the 100-meters and 4x100-meter relay and was third in the 200-meters at the NWC Championships. Clocked season best times of 12.35 in the 100 and 25.18 in the 200.
2018: Competed in seven meets for the Lutes. Finished third in the 100-meters and fourth in the 200-meters at the NWC Championships. Clocked season-best times of 12.46 in the 100 and 25.51 in the 200.Â
High School:Â At South Whidbey High School she was a four year letter winner
Major:Â Global Studies and Economics. She decided to attend PLU due to the global studies opportunities.
Personal:Â Daughter of Jim and Teresa. Both parents were PLU graduates in the 1980s.
