Pacific Lutheran University Athletics

2020: Ran the 3000m for the Lutes at the Ed Boitano Invitational. Posted a time of 12:02.00 in that event.

2019: Competed in eight meets for the Lutes. Finished 10th in the 5K at the NWC Championships. Clocked season-best times of 5:10.82 in the 1,500-meters and 19:00.42 in the 5K. 

High School: Earned four varsity letters for the Red Wolves in cross country and three in track & field. In cross county, finished 35th overall at the 2A State Championships as a senior while also earning First Team All-Conference. As a junior, placed 21st at the state championships and ninth at districts. Was the conference champion and an First Team All-Conference honoree. Finished runner-up at the conference meet as a sophomore, earning First Team All-Conference while finishing fifth at districts and 18th at state. Was Second Team All-Conference as a first year. Helped the Red Wolves win four XC conference titles.

Personal: Is the daughter of Jason and Melissa. Has three siblings: Kenny, Rachel, and Jordan. Planning on becoming a labor and delivery nurse. Volunteers with Snoqualmie Valley Community Network Suicide Prevention and the Timberlake Church nursery. Was president of the National Honor Society. Hobbies include cooking, camping, playing cards, hiking, and watching movies.
