2022 Women's Cross Country Roster
Biography
2023: Was a member of the PLU Women's Track & Field team.
2022: Competed in six races for the Lutes. Ran a season-best 22:46.3 at the NWC Championships, finishing 16th. Also competed at the West Regional Championships.
2021: Competed in all six races for the Lutes. Ran in the West Regional and finished 85th.
2019: Competed in six races for the Lutes. Ran a season-best time of 23:27.4 at the Northwest Conference Championship and also competed at the West Regional.
High School: Was a two sport athlete for the Rams, competing in cross country and track & field. Was a team MVP for three years. Ran the 800m, 400m and the 4x400m relay. She PR’d in the 800m her senior year and helped the Rams qualify for state in cross country as a senior.Â
Major: Engineering. Chose PLU for its engineering program and being able to run track and cross country as well.

Personal: Is the daughter of Amanda and Rolo. Has five siblings: Celezte, Isaiah, Rico, Avion, and Maelea.Â
