2021: Competed in all six races for the Lutes. Ran in the West Regional and finished 135th.

2019: Competed in six races for the Lutes. Ran a season-best time of 23:38.9 at the Lewis & Clark Invite and also competed in the West Regional.

2018: Competed in six races for the Lutes. Ran a season-best 6k time of 23:25.4 at the Lewis & Clark Invite on October 13, 2018. Competed in both the NWC Championship and NCAA DII West Regionals for the Lutes. 

High School: Earned four varsity letters for the Red Wolves in cross country and three in track & field. In cross county, finished 35th overall at the 2A State Championships as a senior while also earning First Team All-Conference. As a junior, placed 21st at the state championships and ninth at districts. Was the conference champion and an First Team All-Conference honoree. Finished runner-up at the conference meet as a sophomore, earning First Team All-Conference while finishing fifth at districts and 18th at state. Was Second Team All-Conference as a first year. Helped the Red Wolves win four XC conference titles.

Personal: Is the daughter of Jason and Melissa. Has three siblings: Kenny, Rachel, and Jordan. Planning on becoming a labor and delivery nurse. Volunteers with Snoqualmie Valley Community Network Suicide Prevention and the Timberlake Church nursery. Was president of the National Honor Society. Hobbies include cooking, camping, playing cards, hiking, and watching movies.
