2019-2020: Competed in the NWC championships in the 200 IM, 100 breast, and 200 breast. Finished 22nd in 100 breast (1:04.47) and 19th in the 200 breast (2:26.46).
High School: At Kentridge, Smith participated in swim and earned four varsity letters. He was team captain for two years. His primary event is the breaststroke.
Major: Intends on majoring in Kinesiology and hopes to enter a career that combines his athletics and education. Chose PLU because of “the combination of excellent academics and swimming.”
Personal: Son of Bernadette Salgado and Stuart Smith, brother to Marley.
