Hometown: Kaneohe, Hawaii

High School: Maryknoll

2020: Appeared and started in 13 games for the Lutes. Hit .174 on the season with 3 RBI’s. Had 26 putouts and 1 assist in the field.

2019: Played in 31 games for the Lutes, started in 10 of those games. Accumulated a .188 batting average with 3 hits on the season. Defensively, had 10 putouts and accumulated a .846 fielding percentage.

High School: At Maryknoll High School, she was a two-year letterwinner. Earned HHSAA D1 Softball Quarter Final 2017 Impact Player. Away from the diamond, she volunteered at Pohai Nani Good Samaritan, Project Hawaii, Special Olympics, Sts. Peter and Paul Church

Major: At PLU, she plans on majoring in nursing with hopes of being a nurse. Chose PLU for the “nursing program and opportunity to play softball."

Personal: Daughter of Darrin and Linda Mekaru, and is a sister to Chynna and Daynna.

Hobbies: Fishing and photography
