Class: Junior

Hometown: Mountlake Terrace, Wash.

High School: Mountlake Terrace

2019: Competed in five races for the Lutes. Ran a season-best time of 25:03.4 at the West Regional.

2018: Competed in six events for the Lutes. Ran a season best 6k of 23:25.0 at the Lewis & Clark Invite on October 13, 2018. Competed in both the NWC Championship and NCAA DIII West Regionals for the Lutes. 

High School: Earned seven varsity letters for the Hawks, competing in the sports of cross country and track & field. Served as team captain for one season and was also Team MVP one year. As a senior, won the XC Coach's Award and placed eighth at the WESCO Championships. Was the Track Distance Runner of the Year as a junior and helped the Hawks qualify for state in XC as a sophomore.

Personal: Is the daughter of Soo Choi and Seong. Volunteers as a camp leader, involved in EarthCorps, and serves as a tutor. Hobbies include anime and manga. Chose PLU because "PLU offers an amazing nursing program and I have the opportunity to continue my running career."
