College: Best times during the 2014 season were 25:18.64 (6k) and 17:55 (4k).

High School: Two years as captain and two as MVP on the XC team at Valley HS...team was division champs her junior and senior years...also two years as captain and three as MVP on the track team.

Personal: Majoring in Biology and minoring in Business with hopes of becoming an MD...daughter of Tedla and Alemtshey...born on October 13, 1995...sister to Yonas, Berket, and Sara.
