2025: Appeared in all 10 games for the Lutes. 

2024: Appeared in all 10 games for the Lutes. Was named Honorable Mention All-NWC.

2023: Appeared in all 10 games for the Lutes.

2022: Appeared in all 10 games for the Lutes.

Also a member of the PLU men's track & field team as a thrower. 

Griffin was one of the first commits in this class.  He sees what we’re building here at PLU and how we’re building it and was eager to grab a seat on the bus.  I can’t wait to see the contributions he will make over the next four years.

Griffin is a mature and humble man. Griffin has strong footwork in the run and pass game. He can kick out DEs with ferocious intent and strike with purpose in the passing game. I am excited to have to him in the OL room.
