Biography

High School: At Damien Memorial School, he competed in football, earning two varsity letters while spending two years as team captain. Medal earned his team's Most Valuable Player award once.  As a senior, he earned the Purple Cage Award and was named to the ILH D2 all-state team. Away from the field, he volunteers as a flag football referee. 

Academic: At PLU, he plans on majoring in Kinesiology and wants to become a physical therapist. Chose PLU because of the "The beautiful campus and athletic opportunities that were given to me." 

Personal: Son of Larry and Mikela Medal and is a brother to Sanoe. 

Hobbies: Surfing

Favorite Sports Team: San Francisco 49ers

Favorite Athlete: Joe Montana

Favorite Music: Reggae, Rap
