Biography

High School: At River Ridge High School, he was a three-year letterwinner, and spent two years as team captain. He earned first-team All-League his senior year. Away from the field, he volunteered at Lacey Elementary School. 

Major: At PLU, he plans on majoring in english with hopes of going into education. He chose PLU because of the "unity of the football team." 

Personal: Son of Victoria Benson and Mark Valerio and is a brother to Alec Messman and Isabella Valerio. 

Hobbies: Music DJing and competitive video games

Favorite Sports Team: Seattle Seahawks
