Biography

2021: Appeared in two games for the Lutes

2019: Appeared in 4 games for the Lutes. Had 1 reception for 3 yards. 

High School: At Kaiser High School, he competed in football, spending one year as team captain. As a senior, he led his team in receiving yards. Away from the field, he volunteers with the Honolulu Marathon clean up. 

Major: At PLU, he plans on majoring in Kinesiology with hopes of becoming a physical therapist. Chose PLU "because of the excellent Kinesiology program."

Personal: Son of Shinji and Katsumi Sakai and is a brother to Ryuto.

Hobbies: Fishing
