Pacific Lutheran University Athletics

2024: Competed in five races for the Lutes. Ran a season-best 24:58.7 at the West Region Championships, placing 27th. Also placed 18th at the NWC Championships.

2023: Competed in six meets for the Lutes. Finished third in the 10,000-meters and fifth in the 5,000-meters at the NWC Championships. Was named Second Team All-NWC.

2022: Competed in seven meets for the Lutes. Finished seventh in the 5,000-meters at the NWC Championships in a season-best time of 15:07.58. 

High School: Earned two varsity letters running cross country for the Sea King. Also spent two seasons as a team captain and was named team MVP twice. 

Personal: Is the son of Mark and Gina. Is a brother to Maxwell. Hobbies include history, language, and researching.
