Pacific Lutheran University Athletics

2024: Competed in three races for the Lutes. Ran a season-best 26:52.3 at the PLU Invitational. Also placed 61st at the NWC Championships.

2023: Competed in six races for the Lutes. Ran a season-best 8k with a time of 25:15.4 during the Linfield George Oja Cross Country Invitational. Placed 23rd at the Northwest Conference Cross Country Championship 2023 and went on to compete at the NCAA Division III West Region Cross Country Championships.

Transfer from Lawence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Previous College: Finished 11th in the 5K at the 2022 Midwest Conference Outdoor Track Championships. Finished third at the Midwest Conference Championships in cross country in 2021 before placing 41st at the NCAA North Regional. 

High School: Was a two-time state qualifier in cross country. First Team All-Metro League in XC and a Metro League Scholar Athlete.
