2018: Competed in five meets for the Lutes. Clocked season-best time of 2:15.18 in the 800-meters, 4:38.85 in the 1,500-meters, and 17:42.67 in the 5,000-meters. 

2017: Competed in six meets for the Lutes. In the 1500-meters, his best time was 4:31.67. He ran a 17.02:39 in the 5000-meters. 

2016: Competed in five meets for the Lutes. Clocked season best times of 4:44.26 in the 1,500 meters, 17:35.19 in the 5,000 meters, and 37:41.76 in the 10,000 meters.

High School: One year as cross country team captain and one as MVP at Emerald Ridge HS...was SPSL South's MVP and a Tacoma Athletic Commission Athlete of the Year his senior year...individual  and team state qualifier his senior year when the team was the undefeated SPSL South Champs...SPSL Scholar Athlete all four years...also two years as track team captain...qualified for districts his junior and senior years...team was SPSL South co-league champs his senior year.

Personal: Son of Jay and Krista, who are both PLU alumni...born on February 8, 1997...brother to Emma...has a varsity letter in community service through United Way...hobbies include playing the trombone.
