Pacific Lutheran University Athletics

2025: Competed in six races for the Lutes. Clocked a season-best 27:48.1 in the 8K at the George Oja Invitational. Finished 65th at the NWC Championships hosted at PLU and ended the season with a 140th place showing at the NCAA West Region Championships. 

High School: Competed in cross country, track & field, and soccer for the Lions. Was named Most Improved, won the Coach's Award, and the Newbie Award. Helped the team finish second at districts and qualify for the state championships. 

Personal: Parent is Alex. Has one sibling: Alex. Hobbies include music and weight training. In high school was named to the President's List, Dean's List, Natural Science Longview Award, and the Chemistry Award. Plans on becoming a physician.
