Pacific Lutheran University Athletics

2025: Competed in six races for the Lutes. Clocked a personal best 16:18.1 in the 5K at the season opening Puget Sound Invitational and a career best 25:32.5 in the 8K at the George Oja Invitational. Placed 69th at the NWC Championships at PLU and finished the season with a 77th place showing at the NCAA West Region Championships. 

2024: Competed in six races for the Lutes. Ran a season-best 27:20.1 at the Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational. Placed 71st at the NWC Championships and 169th at the West Region Championships.

2023: Ran in seven races for the Lutes. Finished 64th at the NWC Championships and 155th at the NCAA West Region Championships. Ran a season-best 8K time of 27:47.2 at the George Oja Invitational. 

High School: Won three letters in cross country and two in track & field for the Timber Wolves. Was First Team All-WESCO in cross country and was team captain. On the track was a team captain and Second Team All-WESCO in the 1,600-meters. Was a Nike Outdoor National Qualifier.
