2021: Played in all five events for the Lutes. Earned three top-10 finishes in the conference majors and was individual runner-up in a dual match against UPS. Finished with a scoring average of 75.57 and earned second team all-conference honors.

2019-2020: Made the starting five in all four events for the Lutes. Ended with a 71.8 scoring average over eight rounds. Racked up three Top-5 finishes including a second-place finish at the PLU Invitational where he had his best round of the season, firing a 66 in the first round.

2018-2019: Played 17 rounds for the Lutes and appeared in all eight events. Averaged a 74.29 for the season, netting one top five finish and four top 10 finishes. Best round of the season was a 68.

2017-2018: Appeared in nine events for the Lutes. Averaged a 76.38 over 21 rounds. Finished in the top five twice and the top 10 twice. Shot a season-best 71 at round two of the 2017 Collegiate Open, round two of PLU Invitational and round one of the 2018 NCAA Championship.

High School: Was a four year letterwinner with the Hornets, earning Team MVP honors three times and serving as team captain for one season. Finished undefeated in the regular season all four years of high school. Was the 2016 NPSL Cascade Player of the Year and ranks sixth on the EHS all-time golf list. Helped Enumclaw win NPSL Championship as a senior. Finished 12th at state as an individual and helped the team place third overall as a junior. Finished 14th at state as a sophomore and guided the team to a seventh place showing. Earned All-League honors as a freshman.

Personal: Born on Dec. 18, 1998 to parents David and Johnda Beals. Is a brother to Jordan. Chose to attend PLU because the proximity to home and the balance between academic and athletic excellence. Plans on working in finance after graduating. Involved with special olympics golf, Spanish club, and National Honors Society. Hobbies include music.
