2019-2020: Appeared in seven games for the Lutes. Had a season high 5 points against Portland Bible College

2018-2019: Appeared in 11 games for the Lutes. Averaged 5.5 points per game and 2.8 rebounds per game. Had a season high 19 points 11 rebounds against Pacific. 

High School: At Columbia River High School, was a two-year letterwinner, spending one year as team captain while earning the team’s Most Valuable Player award once. Earned first-team all-league and second-team all-region as a senior. Away from the court, he volunteered by building a basketball court for a community in Nicaragua

Major: Plans on majoring in business with hopes of becoming a sports marketer. Chose PLU because he “loved the coaching staff and the campus, excited to be apart of the basketball team.”

Personal: Son of Kathy and Wes Cartwright and is a brother to Karen, Robert and Corin Gutierrez.
