Pacific Lutheran University Athletics

2019: Competed in seven events for the Lutes. At the NWC Championships finished 3rd in the 3000S (9:26.14) and 7th in the 5000 meter (15:44.75).

2018: Competed in six races for the NWC Champion Lutes. Had three top 10 finishes, including a 9th place finish in the NWC Championship. Ran a season-best 8k of 26:03.9 at the Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational on September 29, 2018. Finished 45th at the NCAA DIII Regionals. 

2017: Competed in six races for the Lutes. Tallied two top 20 finishes, including placing 15th at the NWC Championships to help the Lutes finish runner-up. Ran at the West Region Championships, helping PLu place fifth. Ran a season-best time of 26:32.6 at the Lewis & Clark Invitational on Oct. 14.

2016: Competed in seven races for the Lutes, making it to the West Region Championships. His best time came at the 42nd Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational with a time of 26:52.84 in the 8k. 

2015: Competed in eight races for the Lutes, collecting four top 30 finishes. Placed ninth at the PLu Invitational (28:34.9) while placing 12th at the UPS Invitational (28:27) and 17th at the Central Washington Invitational (21:30). Placed 27th at the Northwest Conference Championships (27:50) while logging a season-best 8K time of 27:20.25 at the Sundodger Invitational.

High School: One year as cross country team captain and one as MVP...Stillwater News Athlete of the Year his senior year...team qualified for state his senior and sophomore years and he did individually his junior year...also one year as track team captain and one as MVP...qualified for state.

Personal: Hopes of becoming a Professor...son of Rich and Shannan...born on June 29, 1996...brother to Bennett.
