Pacific Lutheran University Athletics

2025 (XC): Competed in five races for the Lutes. Ran a career-best 29:02.5 in the 8K at the George Oja Invitational and a career-best 18:18.8 in the 5K at the season opening Puget Sound Invitational. Finished the season with a 72nd place showing at the NWC Championships held at PLU. 

2024 (XC): Competed in four races for the Lutes. Ran a season-best 29:51.0 at the Charles Bowles Willamette Invitational. Placed 77th at the NWC Championships and 174th at the West Region Championships.

2023 (XC): Competed in five races for the Lutes. Ran a season-best 8k with a time of 29:51.7 at the Linfield George Oja Cross Country Invitational.

High School: Won nine letters for the Rams in the sports of track & field, cross country, and swimming. Was team captain for the cross country & track team for two seasons. Helped the Rams finish ninth at the District meet and made two state appearances on swim relays. 

Personal: Parents are Tiffany and Daniel. Has three siblings: Kohle, Parker and Lena. Hobbies include running, swimming, and trivia.
