Biography
2023: Competed in 12 meets for the Lutes. Had a personal best throw of 44' 11 1/2" in the shot put at the NWC Championships. Finished third at the NWC Championships in both the discus and hammer throw.
2022: Competed in 13 meets for the Lutes. Placed fifth in the hammer throw and discus, and eighth in the shot put at the NWC Championships.
2021: 15 top five finishes among the Hammer throw, shot put and discuss events, with a 5th place finish at the NWC Championships and personal bests of 153’ 11” in the hammer throw, a 151’ 4” in the discus throw, and a 44’ 7 ½” in the shot put.
2020: Competed in one event for the Lutes. Had a high mark of 12.64m in the shot put at the Ed Boitano Invitational
High School: Was a two-year letterwinner for the Golden Eagles, serving as team captain for two seasons. Also played basketball in high school.
Personal: Is the son of PLU graduates John and Kersten. Has a twin sibling: Kyrie. Volunteers at basketball games, swim meets, marathons, and church. Hobbies include swimming with friends, movies, hiking, and outdoor activities.
