Pacific Lutheran University Athletics

2026: Competed in nine meets for the Lutes. Ran career best times of 9:08.62 in the indoor 3,000-meters at the Whitworth Invitational, 32:28.25 in the 10,000-meters at the Ed Boitano Invitational and 15:42.92 in the 5,000-meters at the Brad Moore Invitational. Closed the season by placing 18th in the 10,000-meters at the NWC Championships. 

2025: Competed in nine meets for the Lutes. Clocked a personal best 4:36.5 in the indoor mile at the UW Preview Meet. 

2024: Competed in seven meets for the Lutes, clocking a personal best 4:12 in the 1,500-meters at the Ed Boitano Invitational and 10:47.20 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the PLU Open. 

High School: Won three letters in cross country and two in track & field for the Timber Wolves. Was First Team All-WESCO in cross country and was team captain. On the track was a team captain and Second Team All-WESCO in the 1,600-meters. Was a Nike Outdoor National Qualifier.
