College: In the 2010 season stole one base...had a perfect record of 5-0 while throwing with an ERA of 1.55 and striking out sixteen.

High School: Voted 1st team All-Narrows League for two years...made The Olympian All-Area team for two years...All-State senior All-Star Challenge.

Personal: Born March 5, 1991...parents are Meg and Bob VanSchoorl...majoring in advertising with a minor in marketing...hopes to enter the field of political advertising...chose to attend PLU for the "athletics, academics, and location."
