High School: Was Offensive Player of the Year as a senior for the Pioneers, Earned First Team All-League honors three times and Second Team All-League once. 

Personal: Parent is Natalie Chavez. Hobbies include softball, hiking, and drawing. Was a distinguished scholar and suma cum lade winner in high school. Plans on becoming a physical therapist.
