Cassidy Conrad joined the PLU coaching staff as an assistant prior to the 2024 season.

A 2023 PLU graduate, Conrad made 60 appearances inside the circle for the Lutes, including making 45 starts. Conrad tossed 29 complete games, including 18 during her senior campaign and registered 143 career strikeouts. Conrad closed her career with a 3.55 earned run average, pitching 276 innings with a 26-10 record. 

Conrad was a two-time All-Northwest Conference selection, earning Second Team accolades in both 2022 and 2023.
