College: Placed 18th at the 2012 regional championships...earned first team all conference honors after placing second at 2012 NWC Championships...placed third at the Whitman Invitational...placed first at the Central Washington University and PLU Invitationals...qualified for the 2011 NCAA Division III national championship meet where he placed 209th...earned his spot after placing 12th at region championship meet...finished fourth at 2011 NWC meet...top PLU finisher in every race but one during frosh season...finished 44th in the conference meet in 2010...ran team's fastest 5000 during 2011 track season and was a conference meet qualifier in the 3000 steeplechase...also qualified for the 5000-meter final at the 2011 NWC track & field championship.

High School: Three-time state meet qualifer...member of 2007 and 2009 state championship Burlington-Edison HS team...also ran for 2008 state meet runner-up team.

Personal: Majoring in Math with minors in both Biology and Statistics with hopes of becoming a Doctor...earned Capital One Academic All-District 8 honors in 2013...son of Doug and Lynn...born on June 2, 1991...has a sister, Hilary.
