Biography
2025: Competed in four races for the Lutes. Ran a career-best 27:22.6 in the 6K at the George Oja Invitational.
2024: Competed in one race for the Lutes, running a time of 29:14.1 at the Lewis & Clark Invitational.
2023: Competed in six races for the Lutes. Ran a season-best 6k time of 28:05.0 at the Northwest Conference Cross Country Championship and finished 160th at the NCAA West Region Championships.
High School: Won eight letters for the Sentinels, including four in cross country, two in track & field, and two in wrestling. Was team captain of the cross country team and was named Most Valuable Runner and Most Inspirational Runner for two straight seasons. Placed ninth at Nike Portland 5K in 2022.
Personal: Parents are Fernando Andres and Guadalupe Juarez. Has three siblings: Erika, Melanie, and Rafael. Hobbies include wrestling, piano, journaling, baking, filmmaking, podcasts, reading, horror movies, and arts & crafts.
Major: Communications, film, and media studies. Minor in music.
