2018: Competed in six races for the Lutes. Ran a season best 6k of 24:05.1 at the Lewis & Clark Invite on October 13, 2018. Competed in both the NWC Championship and the NCAA DIII West Regionals for the Lutes. 

2017: Competed in six races for the Lutes, including the NWC Championships and the NCAA West Regional. Finished eighth overall at the season-opening Puget Sound Invitational while clocking a season-best time two weeks later in the 6K at the Sundodger Invite (24:07.4). 

2016: Competed in seven races for the Lutes. She ran a 26:04.6 at the Northwest Conference Championship race where she finished in 71st place. 

2015: Competed in six races for the Lutes, collecting three top 35 finishes. Placed 23rd at the PLU Invitational (28:13.24) while placing 29th at the UPS Invitational (28:01) and 32nd at the Central Washington Invitational (18:54). Clocked a season-best 6K time of 27:53.56 at the Sundodger Invitational.

High School: Served one year as cross country team captain and was honored with the Athlete Scholar Award her senior year.

Personal: Daughter of Paul, who went to PLU, and Barbara...born on March 17, 1997...sister to Jason. Maiden name is Sponenburg.
