Pacific Lutheran University Athletics

2022: Competed in seven races for the Lutes. Ran a season-best time of 21:35.0 at the PLU Invitational. Also placed 7th at the NWC Championships and 11th at the West Regional Championships. Competed at the National Championships and placed 58th.

2021: Competed for Rocky Mountain College. Placed sixth at the Frontier Conference Championships before helping the Bears to a 24th place finish at the NAIA Championships in Vancouver, Wash.

2019: Competed in six races for the Lutes. Ran a season-best time of 22:47.1 at the Northwest Conference Championship leading to a 3rd place individual finish. Also competed in the West Regional.

High School: Was a two sport athlete in Cross Country and Track. She ran her first marathon her senior year and was a Boston Qualifier. On her off time, Sarah volunteered at a Capital Christian Center as a Children Church Leader.
 
Major: Sarah is going to double major in Geoscience as well as Kinesiology. After PLU, Sarah will attend grad school at the University of Arizona. She wants to become a Geologist or an Exercise Specialist after schooling.
 
Personal: Sarah has one sibling, Rachel as well as two parents, Cheryl and Steven
 
Hobbies: Writing, Painting and collecting different rocks at mineral shops
