2024: Competed in six meets for the Lutes. Ran a personal best of 13.61 in the 100m at the PLU Invite, placing 8th. At the same meet, ran a personal best 28.30 in the 200m and set a new personal best of 15’ 4.75” in the long jump.

2023: Competed in 10 meets for the Lutes. Finished 11th in the high jump at the NWC Championships and helped the 4x100-meter relay team to a sixth place finish. 

2022: Competed in eight meets for the Lutes, clearing a season-best 4' 9 1/2 in the high jump at the PLU Open and the PLU Invite. 

High School: Earned varsity letters in track and field, soccer and cross country at Tempe Preparatory.  Served as captain of the cross country team for two years, and captain of the soccer and track teams her senior season.  Was selected as team MVP her senior year after finishing third in the state in the high jump and chosen as the Tempe Preparatory Knight of the Year. 

Personal: Is the daughter of Betsy and Mike Youngs.  A member of the National Honor Society, Tempe Youth Leadership and the University Presbyterian Youth Religious Group.  Enjoys reading, hiking, spending time with family and friends and being outdoors.
