2024-25 Women's Track & Field Roster
Biography
2024: Competed in 10 meets for the Lutes. Threw a personal best of 134’ 1” in the javelin at the NWC Championships, placing 4th in the event. Also placed 9th in the hammer throw.
2023: Competed in eight meets for the Lutes. Placed ninth at the NWC Championships in the javelin. Threw a personal best 127' 0" in the javelin at the Portland Distance Carnival on May 12-13.
High School: Earned four varsity letters at Franklin Pierce HS and was named a team captain for two seasons and team MVP twice. She was a South Puget Sound League 2A First Team for three seasons. After he junior year, Cook was nominated for the Tacoma Athletic Commission Athlete of the Year Award. Also earned four letters in softball and volleyball at Franklin Pierce.
Personal: Is the daughter of Tom and Janet and sister to Audrey and Emily. She plans on teaching physical education after PLU and her hobbies include jet skiing, hiking and baking.
