Biography

2026: Competed in seven meets for the Lutes. Clocked career-best times of 5:22.87 in the 1,500-meters, 12:06.95 in the indoor 3,000-meters, 20:22.41 in the 5,000-meters, and 43:36.75 in the 10,000-meters. 

2025: Competed in four meets for the Lutes. Clocked a season-best time of 5:44.59 in the 1,500-meters at the PLU Open. 

2024: Competed in five meets for the Lutes. Ran a personal best 20:52.79 in the 5000m at the PLU Invite, placing 4th.
