- UW Invitational recorded a 62nd place finish in the 3000m with a time of 10:23.61
- Whitworth Invitational recorded a 2nd place finish in the 5000m with a time of 17:55.31
-  Ed Boitano Invitational recorded a 1st place finish in the 10000m with a time of 37:04.01
- PLU Open recorded a 1st place finish in her section of the 800m with a time of 2:29.55. Also participated in the 4x400m relay, finishing in 3rd place with a time of 4:26.20
- Doris Heritage Track Festival recorded a 5th place finish in the 5000m with a time of 19:11.07
- Peyton-Shotwell Invitational recorded a 2nd place finish in the 5000m with a time of 18:30.70
- Linfield Jenn Boyman Memorial recorded a 2nd place finish in the 5000m with a time of 18:02.85
- Larry Byerly Invitational recorded a 30th place finish in the 1500m with a time of 4:55.58
- Northwest Conference Championships recorded a 4th place finish in the 5000m with a time of 18:24.25 and a 3rd place finish in the 10000m with a time of 37:52.85
- Ralph Vernacchia Invitational recorded an 18th place finish in the 1500m with a time of 4:46.43

2020: In the Ed Boitano Invitational recorded a second-place finish in the 10000m with a time of 38:26.29 and also ran the 3000m in a time of 10:30.85 at the Seattle Pacific meet.

High School: Was a two sport athlete in Cross Country and Track. She ran her first marathon her senior year and was a Boston Qualifier. On her off time, Sarah volunteered at a Capital Christian Center as a Children Church Leader.
 
Major: Sarah is going to double major in Geoscience as well as Kinesiology. After PLU, Sarah will attend grad school at the University of Arizona. She wants to become a Geologist or an Exercise Specialist after schooling.
 
Personal: Sarah has one sibling, Rachel as well as two parents, Cheryl and Steven
 
Hobbies: Writing, Painting and collecting different rocks at mineral shops
