Pacific Lutheran University Athletics

2023:

- Whitworth Invitational recorded a 24th place finish in High Jump at 1.42m and a 19th place finish in Shot Put at 10.28m. Also participated in the Weight Throw, placing 17th with a best of 12.47m.
-  Ed Boitano Invitational recorded an 8th place finish in Long Jump at 4.19m and recorded a 1st place finish in Hammer Throw at 46.65m. Also participated in the Javelin throwing 35.25m for a 4th place finish.
- PLU Open recorded a 4th place finish in her section of the 200m with a time of 29.65 and a 4th place finish in High Jump at 1.40m. Also participated in the Shot Put, finishing in 7th at 10.57m and 1st place in her flight of the Hammer Throw with a best of 44.37m. Lastly, placed 6th in the Javelin at 28.73m.
- Doris Heritage Track Festival recorded a 23rd place finish in the 200m with a time of 29.33 and an 11th place finish in the 100m Hurdles with a time of 17.81. Recorded a 4th place finish in Shot Put at 11.06m and a 1st place finish in the Javelin at 35.19m.
- Willamette recorded an 11th place finish in the Javelin at 31.62m and a 7th place finish in Shot Put at 10.32m. Also participated in the Hammer Throw, placing 13th at 32.50m. 
- Northwest Conference Multi Events Championship recorded an 8th place finish in the 100m Hurdles with a time of 17.74. Recorded a 7th place finish in the Heptathlon 200m with a time of 29.18. Recorded an 8th place finish in the Heptathlon 800m with a time of 2:49.02. Recorded a 6th place finish in the Heptathlon High Jump at 1.40m and a 2nd place finish in the Heptathlon Javelin Throw at 4.30m. Lastly placed 1st in the Heptathlon Shot Put at 11.07m.
- Larry Byerly Invitational recorded a 6th place finish in Shot Put at 11.28m and 4th place in the Hammer Throw at 45.17m. Lastly participated in the 400m Hurdles, placing 10th with a time of 1:14.46.
- Northwest Conference Championships recorded an 8th place finish in the Heptathlon 100m Hurdles with a time of 17.74. Recorded a 7th place finish in the Heptathlon 200m with a time of 29.18. Recorded a 13th place finish in the 400m Hurdles with a time of 1:12.89. Recorded an 8th place finish in the Heptathlon 800m with a time of 2:49.02. Recorded a 6th place finish in the Heptathlon High Jump at 1.40m and an 8th place finish in the Javelin Throw at 4.30m. Recorded a 3rd place finish in the Hammer Throw at 44.02m and a 9th place finish in the Heptathlon Long Jump at 4.30m. Placed 11th in Shot Put at 10.68m. Lastly placed 1st in the Heptathlon Shot Put at 11.07m.
- Ralph Vernacchia Invitational recorded a 6th place finish in High Jump at 1.44m and 7th place in Shot Put at 11.26m. Lastly participated in the Hammer Throw, placing 12th at 47.39m.
- Oregon Twilight recorded an 8th place finish in the Hammer Throw at 48.47m.

2020: Was a member of the PLU Women’s Track and Field Team.

2019: Competed in nine meets for the Lutes. Finished runner-up in the 4x400-meter relay, third in the 400-meter hurdles, fourth in the heptathlon, and seventh in the high jump at the NWC Championships. 

High School: Competed in swim, earning four varsity letters and serving as team captain for one year.

Personal: Daughter of Casi and Tony. Has three siblings: Lorenzo, Annabella, and Marcus. Intends on pursuing a career in physical therapy post-graduation. Hobbies include: fishing and basketball. 

Major: Kinesiology. Minoring in Athletic Training.
