High School: Three-year letterwinner for the Warriors, serving as team captain for one season. Was Second Team All-League as a senior. 

Personal: Is the son of Alicia LaFave and Rich Torrey. Involved with Caring For Kids and Marantha Family Worship Center. Hobbies include reading, writing, video games, film and cinema.
