Chance Darling joined the Pacific Lutheran women's soccercoaching staff in the summer of 2013.

Since 2000, Darling has held various positions within thePremier Youth Soccer community, including youth director, directorof coaching and director of camps and curriculum for variousPremier Soccer clubs throughout the state.

Currently, Darling is the director of WPFC Soccer School, and hecoaches multiple girls premier teams at WPFC. He has coached at alllevels of premier youth soccer, including involvement with severalhigh school and middle school soccer programs during his coachingcareer.

Darling currently resides in Puyallup with his wife and twoyoung sons.
